My name is Charlotte Báez and I am a researcher and lecturer at the St.Gallen University of Teacher Education. I have an educational background in social psychology from the Universities of Basel and Geneva in Switzerland. 

My scientific research interests include self- and social regulation of engagement and learning, as well as social networks and collaboration in the digital world. I am using innovative data analysis approaches suitable for empirical research considering the relationships and group memberships of students and teachers.

My teaching comprises courses in Educational Psychology and Research Methods in multiple degree courses at the St.Gallen University of Teacher Education.
